SEEING RED
2005 chestnut stud colt Dam: Our Final Rohnda Voo
This sweetie didnt get the color but he deffinatly has my heart! I call him Jr. because he is the spitting image of his mom whom we called Red. We lost Red to colic when Jr. was just 7 days old. I took on my first bottle foal not knowing there would soon be another, see next foal! It goes without saying that I am toooo attached to Jr. to even think about parting with him so he will be one of my future mounts and with a gait like this I cant wait!!

ARWEN
Maximal White Sabino Sire:Pusher's Dutch Boy Dam:Bobbie's Delight
This is a VERY scecial little girl. Her dam died when she was just a few hours old. Since I was already bottle raising Jr. how hard could another one be....ha ha
She was loaded on a trailer and driven 4 hours. That was just the begining of her troubles. Since mom was gone she required a plasma transfusion at 2 days old only to be later affected with joint ill and a broken rib from a hard delivery. She is one tough cookie to have survived and thrived! Today at almost 4 mos. she is a normal foal except of course the fact she thinks she's a person and is scared to death of a horse but that too is being overcome as you can see in the third picture of both orphans together. What a year! |
